Leica GS5/5+ GPS/GIS Data Collector |
The GS5/5+ is designed as an
all-in-one GPS/GIS data collection system, providing highly
accurate GPS input to field mapping packages, such as ESRI's
ArcPAD™ or as seamless extension to your ArcGIS environment with
direct communication to Leica MobileMatrix.
Two receiver types are available: the
GS5, which provides 2-3m autonomous accuracy, and the GS5+, which
includes a two channel beacon receiver, and offers 1m accuracy in
DGPS mode.
Both receivers are offered standalone or bundled with ESRI's
ArcPAD 6.0 and a rugged Windows CE field device. The bundle offers
a comprehensive solution for primary field data acquisition, data
visualization, and data maintenance tasks utilizing GPS.
