Designed and used for rapid preparation of samples in dividing dry materials such as sands, gravels and similar form of materials into required batch sizes for testing. The riffle boxes are constructed from heavy gauge steel to provide reinforcements for the partitions in order to retain the accuracy of slot dimensions. The unit specifications complies according to BS and ASTM standards respectively ranging from 8mm to 64mm slots.
